Shelley has a background in business growth, skills and finance and is passionate about helping businesses start, scale and succeed. She loves connecting people, ideas and opportunities and has spent her career designing and delivering programmes that support individuals and businesses to innovate, grow and access the support they need to achieve their ambitions.

Outside of work, Shelley enjoys cycling, travel and discovering great food with her husband plus walking and training her Border Terrier puppy, Ozzy, who keeps her firmly on her toes. She's also a proud member of Rock Choir. Despite being partially deaf (and tone deaf!), she firmly believes enthusiasm is more important than perfection when it comes to singing!
