Build: Not for Profit Programme

Programme Overview  

As part of Business Growth Dorset’s Build: Not for Profit programme, Dorset Chamber delivered a programme of support Alternative Business Models Organisations across Dorset including Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Aimed at trustees, directors, chairs, treasurers and founders of Dorset-based charities, social enterprises, mutuals, cooperatives and BCorps, the programme featured the following: 

  • Networking Launch Event 

  • Expert-led workshops on finance, governance, leadership, risk and resilience 

  • Specialist sessions on AI for impact and cyber security 

  • A Dorset-wide peer learning network to share challenges and solutions 

  • Practical resources from trusted organisations
