Perfect the Pitch

Event Overview

As part of Business Growth Dorset’s Scale-Up Finance programme, Evolve this workshop helping founders raise equity investment. Attendees heard from entrepreneurs who have pitched, secured investment and gone on to grow their businesses, as well as advisors who support founders with business planning, financial forecasting, legal matters and the pitfalls to avoid. Panellists talked openly about what investors look for, the mistakes people commonly make, and how to tell a story in a way that gets attention for the right reasons.
