Halo Associates is a Bournemouth-based full service digital marketing agency. As the business has continued to grow, expanding both its team and client base, the leadership team has remained focused on building a scalable business while protecting the culture and values that underpin its success.
The Challenge
With rapid changes across the wider business landscape, including the accelerating development of AI technologies, the business recognised the importance of continuing to evolve its approach to growth and leadership.
At the same time, the company was experiencing significant growth in both staff numbers and client acquisitions. The business took part in the Evolve Growth Forum, as part of the Scale Up Funding programme, funded by Business Growth Dorset, designed to support ambitious businesses through practical workshops, strategic discussion and peer-to-peer learning.
