Neon Secure Access

Jenny at Neon Secure Access, a Design and Manufacturing company in Dorset, took part in the Business Growth Dorset funded Growth Group with Evolve Advisory. 

When Jenny took over the lead at Neon Secure Access after a family handover, it marked a big shift—from being part of the team to running the business. She joined the Evolve Growth Group looking to build her commercial skills, gain a wider perspective, and connect with others in similar shoes. 

The programme covered a mix of areas including strategy, leadership, employee engagement and planning for growth. It offered a space to step back, share challenges, and pick up ideas from a group of like-minded business owners. 

9 months on, both Jenny and the business are in a much stronger place. Turnover is up by 50%—their best year yet—and she’s approaching the future with more confidence and clarity. She’s now far more focused on where the business is going and how to get it there.
